Care Portal is an amazing opportunity for Awaken Church to get plugged in with Sandoval County and make a big impact in our area. This is a partnership between CYFD and a network of local churches to come along families in need of a little extra help and love. There are various projects and events to get involved with as needs arise in our surrounding area.
Each team member will need to sign up to be part of the care portal team, be background checked, and then have a quick meet up with our team lead Jimmy Wilson.
