THE WHY
From premarital to empty nesters, marriage mentoring is for couples who need just a little help, as well as couples who are in great crisis and feel like they have no hope. Awaken Church has trained couples who deeply care about seeing your marriage be all that God has intended it to be. Our mission is to see marriages saved, healed, and thriving, therefore reflecting Christ’s love to the world. Through mentoring, we equip couples with tools and resources enabling them to grow in love and live in unity.

THE HOW
Our Mentors will help you identify key areas of concerns using an online couples diagnostic survey. They will carefully help you navigate through issues and topics derived from the survey. The weekly sessions will last up to 10 weeks and are approximately 1.5 hours long. Mentoring most often occurs in the home of the mentors.  Mentors are not counselors, they are not therapists, they are believers in Christ and His Word who have a heart to see marriages run after God's Design and who have been trained using the Dare to Be Different Mentoring Training.  They'll help you identify issues, pose solutions, and help you as a couple "round the bases" to find the greatest good!

WHAT'S NEXT
As part of your registration process:

• Each person will need to complete the appropriate Mentor Request Form inside the registration. This provides us with necessary information to help us understand your specific situation, needs, and concerns.
• Please pay the $100 mentoring fee. Your payment will cover the cost of the material and the online survey you will be required to take.
