Advent- Joy

Joy is the positive, human, condition that can be either a feeling or an action. It's a feeling called forth by well-being, success, or good fortune. It's something we can apply regardless of how we feel. Joy in adverse circumstances is possible only as a fruit of the Holy Spirit, who is present in every Christian. Who in your life reminds you of the promises of God? Who encourages you to have more faith in Him? Joy is a choice we make. It involves surrender. Joy gives us freedom.

"To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy- to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power, and authority through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen."
