Media Request Policy
Typical Turnaround Time:
Please allow 14–16 business days for design requests (flyers, slides, social media, etc.).
Video and larger projects such as branding may require 4-6 weeks or more.
Priority & Workflow:
Requests will be completed in the order they are received and based on the project’s due date, with priority given to:
1. Church-wide events or services
2. Ministry events with wide reach
3. Individual ministry needs
Last-Minute Requests:
Requests of any kind made with less than 10 business days notice may receive basic design support only.
This includes simple layouts using church templates, without full customization or multiple revisions.
ALL MEDIA CONTENT—including graphics, videos, social posts, printed materials, and slides—MUST BE PRODUCED BY OR APPROVED THROUGH the Church Media/Creative Team before it is made public (posted, printed, or displayed).
